This shows the village approach along Hadlow
Road, from the South. Out of sight, is the station museum.
The reputed 'Wirral Stone' is located at the Chester High Road junction.
Note the millstone commemorative feature on this, the little
Green, a T junction with Neston Road.
The picturesque Old Hall gives a glimpse of the real village character,
with its totally enclosed, mellow sandstone walled garden.
